Participation opportunities

Step 1: Choose your location

You can choose from different types of booth locations; a row, corner, head or island booth. The base rate is per m² of bare surface area, excluding stand construction and VAT.

Step 2: Choose your booth design

Your booth is the first thing a visitor sees, so a professional and recognizable appearance is important. Save on stand construction costs with one of our complete full service stand construction packages. You can choose from different types of stands; basic, complete, deluxe, first class or sustainable.

Would you rather build your own stand? That is also possible starting from 20 m². Please inquire about the possibilities.

Determine your focus: branding, leads or both? We offer several participation packages. Choose the package that best suits your marketing objective: Start, Leads, Branding or Campaign.

Career and Start-up Street

On the show floor, there are 2 sections specifically reserved for the Start-up Street and the Career Street. Each of these locations will also be given a separate eye-catching color on the floor plan.

Exhibitors standing in either of these 2 streets will have 6 sq. m. of space in front of the booth to place a demo.

Catered catering

For more than 100 years, Jaarbeurs has been catering for organizers, exhibitors and visitors. From a lunch delivered to the booth, an expert barista, to a fully catered drink.

At Jaarbeurs, we understand and motivate that you like to create your own atmosphere during the fair, including providing food and drinks at your booth.

To ensure that everything runs smoothly, we have established some guidelines for bringing your own catering.

Parking as an exhibitor

You can park at Jaarbeurs on P2 and P4. For P4 there is a maximum height of 180 cm.

Good to know:

You order one parking ticket per day (50% off during build-up and build-down days and at a reduced rate on exhibition days).
After your order, you will receive a separate email per ticket.
Parking tickets ordered cannot be returned.

You order your tickets through our exhibitor webshop (My Jaarbeurs) and you are then always guaranteed a parking space at the appropriate Jaarbeurs parking lot.

FPT-Vimag member benefits

Main exhibitors who are members of FPT-Vimag will receive discounts through the My Jaarbeurs webshop on:

the prevailing square meter price (of about 12%)
the mandatory marketing participation packages
energy costs
the (exhibitor) parking tickets
