My Jaarbeurs Preview

MyJaarbeurs allows you to prepare your trade fair participation quickly and efficiently. Here you will find everything you need to prepare for the trade show in the form of a checklist. You can also find information about setting up and dismantling, the event platform and the webshop here.

Down payment scholarship participation

Once you have decided to confirm your scholarship participation then the contract will be drawn up and signed.

A 25% deposit will be charged upon signing the contract.

Your exhibition participation is subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Exhibition Participation or General Terms and Conditions of Co-Exhibitor.

Zero-Emission and Environmental Zone

From January 1, 2025, the City of Utrecht will introduce a zero-emission zone. A zero-emission zone is an area where only zero-emission company cars and trucks are allowed to drive, with the aim of reducing CO2 emissions.

Jaarbeurs is located within the zero-emission zone and environmental zone. This means that it is not allowed to park or load and unload on our (parking) area if your vehicle does not meet the admission requirements.

Catering provided

For more than 100 years, Jaarbeurs has been catering for organizers, exhibitors and visitors. From a lunch delivered to the booth, an expert barista, to a fully catered drink.
