Thank you for attending TechniShow as an exhibitor. Through your account manager at Jaarbeurs you will receive an email containing unique login details for MyJaarbeurs.
What is MyJaarbeurs?
MyJaarbeurs allows you to prepare your participation quickly and efficiently. In MyJaarbeurs you will find everything you need to prepare for your trade show in the form of a checklist. You will find information on set-up and breakdown, the event platform and the web shop. Really take some time to go through all the steps to make sure you don’t overlook anything and together we will ensure a successful trade show.
Tip 1: Put important deadlines in your calendar. Be sure to check the deadline for orders in the web shop. If the deadline passes, a late order fee of 25% is charged on top of the price. A shame, right?
Tip 2: Share set-up and take-down information with colleagues/suppliers/stand builder: route & accessibility, set-up and take-down processes, times and tickets.
Tip 3: Don’t forget to print your set-up and tear-down passes and parking passes.
Tip 4: Deliver your extra promotional items so that this is shared with visitors in time.

Get in touch with visitors through the event platform
The event platform is the perfect opportunity to stay in touch with visitors. Before, during and after TechniShow. Visitors here are looking for products and suppliers so present yourself as well as possible.
Your unique invitation link
As an exhibitor, you have a unique invitation link to promote your participation and invite contacts. This can be found in the ROI dashboard in the MyJaarbeurs portal.
Relations appreciate invitations from exhibitors. A personal invitation makes them more likely to visit your booth. In the ROI dashboard, you can see which visitor registered through you, which facilitates contact before, during and after the trade show.
You can find the ROI dashboard in MyJaarbeurs under ‘event platform, your ROI dashboard & invitation link for visitors’. Click on ‘view your ROI & invitation link for visitors’ and then on ‘go here to the dashboard’.
Use the promotion kit
Would you like to let people know that you are attending TechniShow with a booth? Our promotional kit will help you draw attention to your participation. The promotion kit includes logos, social media images and photos of TechniShow.
Please note: it is not allowed to edit the images or use them for other purposes than for publications about TechniShow .

Did you already know that we are presenting two Marketing Awards in the coming edition? There is one Award to win for the exhibitor who attracts the most registrations and one for the exhibitor who attracts the most registrations per m2 floor space. What can you win?
There are no less than two TechniShow 2024 Marketing Awards to be won in two categories:
Category 1: For the exhibitor who brings in the most registrations
Category 2: For the exhibitor with the most registrations per m2 of floor space.

TechniShow team’s visitor recruitment campaign starts on November 14, 2023. So invite your network before this time and ask your colleagues to do the same.
