AI agents that act as a controlled extension of your team.
We deliver AI agents that take the operational routine off your team, so your people can process up to 2x order volume, and you can grow without hiring in lockstep.
Dispatch & Coordination Automation
Half of daily operations run outside your TMS/WMS/ERP/YMS — in phone calls, chats, email. That’s the manual layer. We analyze it and turn that logic into agents on top of your systems — extracted, not taught.
- Communication Analysis
The full picture of your operation, pulled from calls and chats. Routine requests answer themselves; your team keeps the judgment calls. - Anomaly Detection & Pattern Recognition
Catch operational deviations and their root causes before they hit your margin. Spot recurring patterns for high-impact automation. - Booking & Scheduling
Dock, yard, and terminal slots booked across every channel 24/7 — no queues, no missed calls from drivers. - Intelligent Document Processing
Every document from email or WhatsApp — structured, reconciled, and written straight into your system in seconds.
AI that acts as a controlled extension of your team
We treat AI as a controlled add-on to the systems you already trust, with clear rules, a human in the loop, and a record of everything it does.
- Plugs into your current workflow
- You set the rules and guardrails
- Full audit trail for every action
Impact on your bottom line
~2x growth without adding headcount: Back up your team with agents that process, analyze, prompt, flag, and escalate. You take on double the volume without hiring more dispatchers.
Recover ~15 of revenue leaking silently: AI flags anomalies and their root causes on your data (undercharges, cancellations) before they hit your margin.
Cut detention & demurrage by ~35%: Dock and terminal slots get booked and confirmed around the clock. Vehicles stop waiting, detention and demurrage charges drop.
Cut Days Sales Outstanding by up to 10%: Documents from your inbox are reconciled and written into your system in seconds, so invoicing goes out faster.
